We have your answers

Yes, all the rates mentioned in the menu are exclusive of delivery charges. However, the delivery is free for 1 KM radius of Vasudev Tiffin Box. For distances around 1-2 KMs, the delivery charge is ₹10/- per order. For distances more than 2 KMs and less than 3 KMs, the delivery charge is ₹20/- per order. For distances more than 3 KMs and less than 5 KMs, the delivery charge is ₹30/- per order. The delivery distance is calculated from here..
Here are a few calculations:
  • 600 metres: Free Delivery
  • 1.5 KMs: ₹10/- per order
  • 3 KMs: ₹20/- per order
  • 5 KMs: ₹30/- per order
For more than one order from the same location, we add delivery charge on only one order.

We deliver meals as per the following delivery timelines for each meal:
  • Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

We ask for half of the amount in advanced as a security amount. The rest of the amount need to be paid after the subscription ends.
For example, if your meal subscription plan costs ₹1,299, you would need to pay ₹649 in advanced and the rest ₹650 after your subscription plan ends.

Absolutely, you are more than welcome to proceed with a trial order. However, it is important to note that you would need to pay for the order, along with any applicable delivery charges.

We do not take immediate orders as we wish to deliver freshly cooked food to you. Thus you need to place the order at least 2-3 hours in advanced. Here is the timing you can follow:

Please note that the best time to order is at least one day in advanced.

Yes, you're free to cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. Before cancelling your subscription, make sure you clear all your dues (if any). If you have paid any advanced amount, we'll return you the amount after deducting the applicable meal charges.

Please let us know about it at least 2-3 hours in advanced. Also, it will be carry-forwarded to the next day. So, you won't be paying for food that you didn't eat.
